Role reports to: General Manager

Role Function: To manage the pre-press and print production areas, covering all printing processes. Ensure the department meets the production plan and operates effectively and efficiently regarding labor, material usage, and budget constraints.

Achieve minimum budgeted machine performance efficiencies.

Required experience:

• Knowledge of flexographic printing presses.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment, with management responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Computer literacy with advanced Excel skills.
• Proven track record of improving efficiency and profitability.
• Professional training in management disciplines and familiarity with modern tools and techniques.
• Strategic approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement techniques, demonstrated at a practical level.
• Strong awareness of current HSE and employment legislation.
