The Role
As our Print Estimator / Production Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive print estimates, ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver the best possible service.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Use Tharstern / Accura MIS to generate print estimates
  2. Prepare accurate and timely quotations for a wide range of print jobs
  3. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure optimal pricing and production solutions
  4. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the highest quality standards
  5. Manage multiple projects efficiently, providing quick turnarounds on quotes
  6. Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through friendly and professional communication
  7. Maintain a clean and organised work environment

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in print estimating or production management. About you:

  1. Proven experience in estimating, ideally within a print environment
  2. Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and costing methods (desirable)
  3. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. A team-player attitude with excellent communication skills
  6. Experience using estimating systems
  7. Full-time availability with a willingness to work overtime when required
