A leading printing company in Peterborough is looking for a pro-active Sales Administrator to manage client relationships, sales support, and CRM updates. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience in the print or promotional gifts industry and demonstrates excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. This position is available as both full-time and part-time.
A new opportunity has arisen to join a printing company that has been established for over 50+ years in Peterborough. This role will involve contacting existing and potential clients to promote their products, together with sales support responsibilities. This role will play a vital role in the growth and development of the company. You must be a pro-active, self-motivated individual showing exceptional attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate both excellent customer service and sales administration experience, with proficient computer skills and strong numeracy skills
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Dealing with incoming calls, customer enquiries, online sales & any non-compliance issues - Updating a CRM system.
Development of new & existing Client - understanding of client's brand values with regular close contact with account management, which includes face to face client visits (internal and external), review meetings.
Working off site at networking events (this could include early morning or evening appointments).
Managing key accounts and key projects, together with being involved in ad hoc projects and campaigns.
Daily duties include: Quoting, job management, client liaison, procurement and scheduling of jobs and production priorities.
Chasing corporate clients for contracts, paperwork and artwork.
Cold Calling, Telesales.
Managing client's expectations and problem resolution.
Data analysis.

Key skills include:
Experience in sales administration in either print or promotional gifts industry
Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
Preparation of client presentations
Good team-working skills
Ability to manage own time and priorities
The ability to work well under pressure at a fast pace
Creative, innovative 'can-do' attitude & will to go the extra mile
Proficient in the use of a computer including MS Word, Excel
Calm approach to problems and issue resolution
Desirable skills:
Experience of working with CRM and
Tharstern MIS
Previous experience as a salesperson or account manager is desirable
Salary/Benefits: Dependent on experience

Pay: GBP21,000.00-GBP28,950.00 per year
