Job Description:

Our client is a print and mailing company experiencing significant growth. They are seeking an Account Executive for their Client Services Team, offering a fast-track career path to Account Manager and ultimately Account Director for motivated candidates.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Client Services team with administration and campaign coordination, including quoting clients, booking mailing campaigns via Tharstern MIS, managing queries, updating Salesforce & Tharstern, and other ad-hoc duties.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, proactively updating them throughout mailing campaigns.
  • Liaise with the Account Director, Account Manager, Data Team, and Operations Team to ensure timely, accurate mailings.
  • Raise invoices within 48 hours of mailing dispatch.
  • Enhance client experience and support revenue growth through proactive service.
  • Maximize postage profit margins by exploring cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain industry knowledge to support personal progression.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and business performance.
Skills Required:
  • Methodical, diligent, and accurate work approach with multi-tasking ability.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of mailing fulfillment services and UK & International postal services (training provided).
  • Desirable: Experience with Salesforce & Tharstern MIS (training provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word.
