Job summary

Bluetree Group in the Rotherham area is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to blend service with technical understanding of print-ready files. You will handle calls, emails and live chat, resolving queries and ensuring artwork meets production standards.

Based at our Manvers office, you’ll use Adobe Creative Suite to troubleshoot files, support clients, and maintain high accuracy under deadlines, with training provided and real opportunities for growth within Bluetree Group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Enfocus PitStop is highly desirable but not essential.
• Understanding bleeds, margins, and CMYK.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Working 3 communication channels, (call, email and live chat) providing outstanding customer service across all interactions.
• Making it easy for our clients by resolving queries, understanding their needs, and taking advantage of opportunities for us to further support them with our products and services.
• Utilising design software to help troubleshoot client files, ensuring they meet our high production standards.
• Confidently handling and resolving customer complaints with a focus on technical accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Using customer feedback to help inform strategic decisions.
• Using AI tools within your day-to-day role.
