Job Title: Print & Communications Account Executive

Salary: £22k to £27k pa (depending on experience)

A well-established Print & Communications Group is seeking a customer-oriented individual to take on the role of Account Executive. Managing day-to-day client affairs, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities for Client Portfolio:

  • Work with your account team to understand customers’ needs and ensure their requirements are met according to their Service Level Agreement.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer and supplier queries.
  • Receive quote requests and provide accurate responses within the target response time.
  • Confirm, monitor, and chase orders to ensure timely delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage the production board for your account team, keeping it up-to-date with correct information.
  • Manage website imagery for your account team.
  • Handle call-offs to ensure requested deliveries.
  • Proactively monitor stock levels to meet customer requirements.
  • Arrange for customers to receive specific reports as needed.
