Position: Print Buyer

Company Overview

A creative printing company is seeking a Print Buyer to join its team. The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge and networking skills to build sustainable supplier relationships and manage contracts with key suppliers to achieve optimal results.

Skills & Experience

• Sound understanding of all print production processes.
• Minimum of 2 years' print buying experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Team player capable of prioritizing and managing workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and identify cost-effective printing, finishing, and distribution methods to maximize value while maintaining quality, timing, and service levels.
• Project manage multiple jobs across various production stages, including proof approval.
• Produce accurate print specifications, select suitable suppliers, and request quotes.
• Review costs, identify discrepancies, and find cost-saving and negotiation opportunities.
