Job Opportunity: Print Buyer with POS Experience

A major print management company is seeking a Print Buyer with strong Point of Sale (POS) experience. The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge and networking skills to build sustainable supplier relationships and manage contracts with key suppliers to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize print knowledge to review and identify cost-effective printing, finishing, and distribution methods, maximizing value while maintaining quality, timing, and service standards.
2. Manage multiple projects across various production stages with brands and suppliers, including proof approvals.
3. Create accurate print specifications, select appropriate suppliers, and request quotes.
4. Review submitted costs, identify discrepancies, and explore cost-saving and negotiation opportunities.
5. Ensure all materials are purchased at competitive prices, meeting quality and delivery standards.
6. Work closely with sales, product marketing, design, and production teams.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in printed Point of Sale buying.
• Strong understanding of print production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Organized team player capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
