How you will impact Smurfit-Westrock:

• Liaise with Board prep/press ops and Cut/Crease Assistant.
• Check handover notes, daily print/cut plan, and pile turning/airing material requirements.
• Move product around the Print department to facilitate production.
• Ensure correct quality and quantity of board sent to the Print Presses, all waste is accounted for, tanks and alcohol are filled, waste barrels are emptied, and materials are stored correctly.
• Maintain safe working practices on machinery and conformance to factory hygiene and safe housekeeping standards.
• Assist with wash-up and make-ready procedures.
• Perform any other duties as necessary.
• Adhere to Health and Safety best practices in line with Company policy and current legislation.

What you need to succeed:

• Hold a Forklift Truck Licence, preferably Reach and Counterbalance (Desirable).
• Demonstrate experience in quality rework / flatwork (Desirable).
• Adhere to tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Operate machinery independently.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality.
