Print Account Manager – Derby

Are you an experienced print professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and managing complex print projects? Join our established print team in Derby as a Print Account Manager, where you’ll play a key role in estimating, advising, and processing high-quality print solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Interpret customer briefs and print requirements for complex jobs, identifying specifications and the most effective production methods.
  • Manage selected print projects from enquiry to invoice, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet SLAs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Business Print Customers.
  • Support monthly invoicing routines and ensure all procedures are completed on time.
  • Maintain and update Horizon ECI and Primo MIS systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service.
  • Mentor and support team members in systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Uphold data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
