The successful candidate will support the Senior Account Manager/Account Director in delivering services to a varied portfolio of clients, handling new initiatives and managing day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities include ensuring successful project delivery, managing internal and external communications effectively. This involves briefing various departments such as estimating, artwork, and production, using in-house systems and standard workflows. The ability to identify new commercial opportunities within accounts is crucial for driving growth.
An Account Manager must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, be comfortable handling queries, liaising with the Production Team, and spotting new business opportunities within client accounts.
Candidates should have a good understanding of print production processes.
