Job Description:

ARM are currently working with a multinational engineering consultancy that specialises in design, planning, project management, and consulting services across various industries including Rail, Construction, Civils, and more. They are seeking a Principle Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the water sector to join their team in Surrey on a contract basis.

About You:

To be suitable for this position, you will:

• Have extensive experience working within the water/wastewater engineering sector.
• Be degree qualified, and a mechanically biased chartered engineer.
• Have experience working client-side.

What you will be doing:

You will assist and deliver technical design for projects within a water utilities capital programme, including asset surveys, assessments, and detailed mechanical design work.

This position is based in Surrey with hybrid working arrangements.

What you can expect in return:

This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension. The pay rate is between £70-£80 per hour inside IR35 (negotiable). You must be permanently eligible to work in the UK.
