Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Principal Software / Product Engineer to take a senior hands-on role across product architecture, software delivery, AI-enabled product development and engineering execution.

This is not a traditional management role; you will mentor senior engineers, shape complex product initiatives and push automation-first practices with product, design, data and AI teams.

Job description

We’re supporting a fast-scaling technology business looking for a Principal Software / Product Engineer to take a senior hands-on role across product architecture, software delivery, AI-enabled product development and engineering execution.

This is not a traditional management role. The business needs someone who can operate at a high technical level, lead by example, mentor senior engineers and help teams move faster without compromising quality.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data and AI teams to shape complex product initiatives, improve technical decision-making and embed automation-first ways of working.

• Strong hands-on background building complex software products.
• Experience in product-led technology environments.
• Strong architecture and system design capability.
• Experience leading or mentoring senior engineers.
• Good understanding of AI, automation or AI-enabled product development.
