United States Digital Space LLC in Milton Keynes is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join a growing SaaS organisation, offering hands-on leadership and influence over technical direction.

Reporting to the CTO, you will design scalable, secure software, lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product and stakeholders to deliver cloud-native solutions.

Location: Hybrid 1 day every other week – Milton Keynes

We are currently looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join a growing, technology-led SaaS organisation that is investing heavily in its engineering capability and modern cloud platform. Reporting into the CTO, the Principal Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping software architecture, establishing engineering best practice, and mentoring other engineers across the business. This is a hands‑on technical leadership position where you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges whilst ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure and fit for future growth.

The Opportunity
