Principle Seller Success Manager, Selection, NSR, CNGS

This critical role will be responsible for driving business growth across NSR/Emerging/AB/Haul through selection growth (e.g., develop category/selection recruitment strategy, improve seller adoption of selection tools, drive recruitment of high-quality/demand selection, etc.) and selection success (enhance listing quality, improve ASIN discoverability and conversion).

This role will partner with stakeholders from both internal (Business teams, PMO, marketing) and external (global teams, Marketplace teams) to align priorities, drive product improvement leveraging voice of Sellers, facilitate seller communication, and support business activities.

This role is responsible for delivering business outcomes by developing SOPs and auditing mechanisms, providing analysis, and leveraging data to identify opportunities.

This position requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence in project management, data analysis, and business intelligence, along with strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development
  • Own and develop selection strategy across multiple business models and work backward to build effective mechanisms within the seller management team.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders.
  • Analytics & Performance Drive
    • Track key metrics on selection quality and quantity to support marketplace growth.
    • Analyze customer behavior and preferences.
    • Monitor competitor activities and generate actionable insights.
  • Optimize Operational Processes
    • Build, monitor, and refine operational processes to improve key metrics.
    • Collaborate with cross-arc business owners, central PMO, and Ops teams.
    • Implement global initiatives into local processes.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in the consumable industry, project management, data analysis, or sales operations.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English.
    • Strategic and creative thinking with operational excellence and attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and internationally, leading by influence.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Track record of delivering projects on time.
    • Customer-focused mindset.
    • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, challenging, yet innovative environment.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience in e-commerce, tech/internet products, international marketplaces, or the consumable industry.
    • Master’s degree preferred.
