Job Title: Principle Endur Front Office BA

Job Location: Remote or Canary Wharf

Contract Length: Until 31st December 2025 (Possibility of extension)

Role Overview:

Endur Tech Engineer to work on Front and Mid Office elements for our Power Trading team. This role involves working with systems that support trading decisions, trade execution, and risk management, focusing on power generation assets like wind, solar, batteries, and CCG power stations. The engineer will implement and support systems that interface with data feeds such as national grid, power auctions, and weather forecasts into existing trading and risk management systems (ETRMs), primarily Endur (Openlink).

What you will have:

  • Experience implementing and extending features in OpenLink Endur
  • Knowledge of Physical and Financial Power and Gas Markets
  • Ability to lead as a BA independently and support team projects
  • Experience across trading floor areas, especially Front and Mid office
  • Expertise in non-linear instruments in Commodity/Energy Trading and their representation in Endur
  • Ability to liaise with Traders and Quant developers on option pricing models
  • Experience configuring Endur for Deal lifecycle, Confirmations, Settlement invoicing, and scheduling
  • Problem-solving skills within change control mechanisms
  • Understanding of Endur Reporting, Risk simulation, and modules like APM, TPM, DMS, Connex, and EOD workflows
  • Knowledge of Endur deployment, CMM import/export, and cloud DevOps
  • Experience working with business analysts and traders to develop solutions
  • Implementation of testing regimes for quality assurance
  • Experience working with internal and external teams using Scrum methodology
  • Strong communication skills for complex stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills and structured approach
  • Experience with agile delivery and global power markets
  • Experience in complex contracts, power purchase agreement modeling, and asset optimization
