Principal Acoustic Consultant – Brighton or London

A specialist UK-based Environmental Consultancy, is seeking a Principal Acoustic Consultant to join a team of passionate professionals working across building acoustics, environmental planning, and noise insulation schemes.

Candidates are required to have:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in acoustics consultancy.
• Strong technical expertise in environmental acoustics and/or building acoustics.
• Proven experience managing projects and developing client relationships.
• Experience leading teams or business sectors within a consultancy environment.

Desirable Criteria:

• Chartered status or progress toward it.
• Experience in noise modelling and high-level data analysis.
• Background in coaching and mentoring junior consultants.

As a Principal Acoustic Consultant, you will lead or co-lead a specialist sector within the business, setting yearly strategic objectives, identifying resources, delivering high-quality work, and supporting the development of others. You will also represent the consultancy at industry events and drive innovation in your field.
