This role is open to candidates based in the UK and Spain only.

Our Team

Cimpress businesses and their vendors manufacture customized products for various customers. We face fulfillment challenges similar to other ecommerce companies but also need to manufacture and deliver unique products on time and at low cost.

Our Fulfillment Domain enables manage production and delivery of near-zero defect, mass-customized products through advanced manufacturing, logistics, and shipping systems.

We are re-imagining the Fulfillment Capability space and seek an experienced UX Designer in B2B manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics to help build the future of mass customization fulfillment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead UX Research & Strategy – Develop comprehensive design strategies, personas, user flows, and scenarios.
  • Define & Execute Vision – Contribute to product strategy and work with teams to define user-centric solutions.
  • Champion the User – Create accessible, intuitive digital experiences, applying inclusive design principles.
  • Deliver Design Impact – Collaborate across teams, create prototypes, and bring ideas to life visually.
  • Mentor & Grow the UX Team – Guide and develop the design team.
  • Scale the Culture – Establish best practices and stay updated with industry trends.

Your Qualifications

  • 8+ years in UX design at a B2B product organization, with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Experience designing SaaS products loved by users.
  • Strong UI/UX knowledge and experience with complex B2B products, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills and a broad, innovative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Formal education in design (bachelors/masters).
  • Experience with global product and engineering teams.
  • Understanding of manufacturing principles, LEAN, logistics, and shopfloor processes.
