Fimador is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead the user experience delivery for their B2B software products. This role combines Principal-level authority with hands-on ownership of the UX design process, ensuring effective delivery from design to implementation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience transforming business requirements into actionable UX tasks and managing execution within agile teams. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, preferably in tech or software.
• Proven ability to drive UX design processes end-to-end.
• Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on UX work.

Responsabilités

• Lead UX design process from inception through delivery.
• Translate business requirements into actionable design tasks.
• Manage and track UX progress through Jira.
