Job Title: Principal, User Experience Design

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be empathetic to users by conducting user research to understand their needs and goals.
2. Use design thinking to work closely with customers, product managers, and developers to craft consistent, connected, mobile-first user experiences across the Reportum platform.
3. Create high-fidelity UI designs, in your design tool of choice, ready for developers to implement.
4. Create design ideas and prototypes, enabling brainstorming and collaboration with both customers and internal teams.
5. Develop end-to-end design with reusable components and patterns, empowering delivery teams.
6. Act as an end-user advocate during development, reviewing prototypes and offering user-centric implementation suggestions.
7. Assist in creating compelling presentations to communicate products and features supporting our commercial team.
8. Maintain a user-centric approach, putting users at the heart of your work both internally and externally.
9. Have experience conducting user research and creating personas.
10. Have experience running workshops with customers and technology teams.
11. Be proficient with design tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe XD to create low-fi and high-fi designs and prototypes.
12. Stay knowledgeable of best practices and emerging digital trends in user experience design.
