I'm working with a well-regarded, fast-growing transport and infrastructure consultancy that's looking to bring a Principal Transport Planner into their expanding team in Southampton.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone currently at Senior level, or already operating at Principal, who's looking to step into a more autonomous role with direct influence on projects, clients, and the growth of the business.
You'll be joining a consultancy that delivers high-quality transport planning solutions across a wide range of development projects - from residential and commercial sites to large-scale infrastructure schemes. They've got strong momentum, ambitious growth plans, and a supportive leadership team committed to staff development.
As Principal Transport Planner, you'll manage projects end-to-end, provide technical leadership, and play a key part in maintaining and growing client relationships. You'll also have the chance to mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
