Job summary

Evi Technologies Limited seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager for Ring Video Platform to set long-range program strategy across cloud services, device firmware and mobile apps. You will partner with senior engineering leaders and translate complex decisions for executives.

AI-native standards shape how programs are run and delivered. You will mentor TPMs, drive cross-functional delivery, and test trade-offs with data to improve customer outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product or program management.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams with release schedules.
• Experience in architectural design or system design independent of an architect.
• Experience in technical program management.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Set the program execution vision for Video Platform and multi-year cross-org initiatives.
• Make portfolio-level decisions and justify what the organization takes on next.
• Deliver through others, removing blockers to improve speed and predictability.
• Test plans, estimates and status against data; identify risks and opportunities.
• Write narratives and decision documents for directors and VPs.
• Mentor TPMs and engineers to raise the standard for program execution.
• Design AI-native workflows for automated status, risk detection and tooling.
