As a Principal Town Planner, you will be a vital part of the team, working independently on projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities include liaising directly with clients, building new relationships, managing existing ones, conducting client meetings, and site visits. Principal Town Planner Position Overview

• Managing a wide range of planning applications and appeals, with a focus on large-scale residential and renewable energy projects
• Effective communication with professionals and clients
• Delivering projects within set timeframes
• Completing planning applications, providing advice, and conducting appraisals
• Offering in-depth planning advice and consultations

Position Requirements

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience
• RTPI Registered or working towards Chartership
• Proven track record managing caseloads for various planning applications, especially in residential and/or renewable energy sectors
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Capability to prepare and present high-quality planning reports
• Extensive experience in private or public sectors
