Role overview

We are seeking a Test Development Engineer Principal to lead our newly formed team of engineers designing and implementing software and hardware tests, with experience in Python, C++, and LabView. Experience in medical devices, automotive, aerospace, or defence sectors is valuable.

Personal characteristics

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a supportive, curious approach to system testing and team development.

Technical skills

You should have solid experience in building test systems in a manufacturing environment, with a broad understanding of testing and integrating complex electronic, optical, or mechanical systems. Hands-on ability and strategic oversight are essential.
