Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation or performance test frameworks using appropriate solutions, open source or commercial.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored QA strategies.
- Conduct technical QA health checks to assess and improve testing approaches.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical leadership.
- Recommend new tools and processes to enhance testing capabilities.
- Create clear documentation and deliver impactful solutions exceeding expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in automation and/or performance testing.
- Experience in a consultancy or managed service environment.
- Proven leadership skills, including managing teams.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, FlaUI, or Katalon.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, K6, Neoload, or Webload.
- Strong coding skills in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, C#, Scala, or PHP.
- Experience designing and building automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, TDD, BDD).
- Experience with pipelines using Jenkins, ADO, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.
- Awareness of the latest testing tools and design patterns.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with emerging technologies like AI/ML.
- Familiarity with testing in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
