Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation or performance test frameworks using appropriate solutions, open source or commercial.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored QA strategies.
• Conduct technical QA health checks to assess and improve testing approaches.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical leadership.
• Recommend new tools and processes to enhance testing capabilities.
• Create clear documentation and deliver impactful solutions exceeding expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in automation and/or performance testing.
• Experience in a consultancy or managed service environment.
• Proven leadership skills, including managing teams.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, FlaUI, or Katalon.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, K6, Neoload, or Webload.
• Strong coding skills in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, C#, Scala, or PHP.
• Experience designing and building automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, TDD, BDD).
• Experience with pipelines using Jenkins, ADO, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.
• Awareness of the latest testing tools and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with emerging technologies like AI/ML.
• Familiarity with testing in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
