Job summary

Evolve Technical Recruitment Limited seeks a Principal Telecoms Engineer to join our team in Leatherhead on a full-time basis, office-based. The role covers telecom systems design across LAN-WAN, fiber, CCTV, access control, PAGA, PABX, and wireless/microwave/radio systems, with an 8-month duration and a rate of £55 per hour (Ltd., Outside IR35).

Responsibilities include creating block/schematic diagrams, cable/equipment schedules, datasheets, and wiring diagrams, while ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating technical reports, drawings and schedules for oil and gas Brownfield project installations.
• Experience with Aramco Projects is required.

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Systems Engineer to join our team.

• LAN-WAN Systems
• Fiber Optic Cable Systems
• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Public Address General Alarm Systems (PAGA)

• Wireless/Microwave/TMR Radio Systems

Key Responsibilities

Focus on safety, reliability, and quality in all telecom systems.

Create Block Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, Cable Schedules, Equipment Schedules, datasheets, Interconnection and Wiring Diagrams, Cabinet General Arrangement Diagrams, MTO, and layout drawings.

Work on both greenfield and brownfield telecom projects in the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience in creating technical reports, drawings and schedules for oil and gas Brownfield project installations.
