Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in management or IT consulting.
• Degree educated; STEM discipline preferred.
• Broad knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure.
• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent written and analytical skills.
• Experience with consulting sales processes (bid, proposals, GTM).
• Leadership of multi-client engagements and junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and programme delivery for complex client engagements.
• Engage senior stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Develop and deliver go-to-market offerings and proposals.
• Directly contribute to business development and client growth.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.

Who You Are

You are someone who wants to deliver impact through technology while continuing to grow your consulting expertise. You will be:

Experience and Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience within a management or IT consulting environment
• Degree educated (STEM discipline preferred)
• Broad knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure, ideally across:

• International corporate networks
• End-user compute within corporate environments
• Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Big data, visualisation and analytics

• Understanding (and ideally, experience of) creating and delivering enterprise software solutions for clients:
• Rigorous testing (functional, technical)
• Experience of IT management disciplines such as change, problem, request and issue
• Leadership experience in project and programme delivery
• Experience as a client lead or consulting lead under senior sponsorship
• Exposure to the full delivery lifecycle from business case and initiation through to transition and benefits realisation
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and mentoring junior consultants
• Strong written and analytical skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience of consulting sales processes, such as:

• Bid and proposal work
• Creation of go-to-market offerings
• Business development and networking
