Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technology Consultant in London to lead the design, architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions on Azure. You will drive pre-sales activities, craft solution strategies with sales teams and present to senior client stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.

You’ll mentor consultants, shape technical standards, and contribute to offerings in a fast-evolving AI domain. Hybrid working mode in London is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel/Agents Framework, TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (AWS or GCP also considered).
• Background in Data, Infrastructure or Solutions Architecture with cross-disciplinary expertise.
• Strong programming skills in at least two of Python, C#/.NET, TypeScript.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, MLOps, CI/CD for AI, Evaluation Driven Development and model monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including CXO-level influence.
• Experience in pre-sales technical solutioning and proposal development.
• Nice to have exposure to GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Codex for AI-driven development support.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Principal Technology Consultant – Microsoft Business Group to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode.As a Principal Technology Consultant in the Microsoft Business Group, you'll lead the design, architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions for our clients, from initial concept through to production on Azure. This role is suited to people from both industry and consulting backgrounds: what matters most is hands-on experience delivering AI and agentic solutions in production environments. You'll also lead the technical side of pre-sales activities, helping shape solution strategies and proposals alongside sales and account teams. The role includes regular engagement with senior client stakeholders, so you'll need a practical and well-informed perspective on both the technology and its business applications.You'll bring experience delivering AI solutions in production, not just building prototypes, whether your background is in Data, Infrastructure or Solution Architecture. You'll be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments, collaborating across teams and taking solutions from concept through to deployment.
