About the Role

Our Principal Technical Managers play a crucial role in our business, managing both business development and project delivery. They provide leadership, governance, and excellence in engineering activities before and after contract signing, overseeing either a single large project or multiple projects.

As a Principal Technical Manager, you will:

• Ensure compliance with business processes, conduct Design Reviews, and mentor MEP Designers.
• Participate in and contribute to strategic presentations and workshops such as 'Making a Great Start' & IPD Workshops.
• Hold technical accountability for mechanical engineering services on projects.
• Assess, coach, and develop Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers.
