A vibrant educational institution in Tranent seeks an enthusiastic Principal Teacher to lead curricular development and manage pastoral care initiatives. Ideal candidates will have Full GTCS Registration and a strong track record in leadership. The position involves mentoring colleagues and overseeing school policies within an inclusive community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Principal Teacher to join our team on a permanent basis. Applicants should be confident in sharing their practice with colleagues, both within and outwith the school setting, and have experience in leading learning and practice within their own setting (either as an experienced class teacher or as an Acting PT). Pay Arrangements
Candidates starting after the first day of the school session will have their salary recalculated to reflect leave and pay accruals for the school year (1 August - 31 July). Further details will be provided if applicable.
