Responsibilities

1. Lead requirements and acceptance activities throughout the engineering lifecycle.
2. Engage stakeholders to ensure system requirements meet contractual and performance standards.
3. Oversee validation events, gather evidence, and manage formal acceptance processes.
4. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and business standards.
5. Support project estimation, bid activities, and contribute to engineering governance.
6. Mentor team members and share domain expertise.

Candidate Requirements

1. Strong background in Systems Engineering, especially requirements and acceptance in defence/maritime sectors.
2. Deep understanding of engineering lifecycles, system integration, and compliance practices.
3. Knowledge of the broader programme environment and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
