Play a pivotal role in shaping engineering process maturity for the UK’s most strategic defence programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead process and governance advice across all phases of the engineering lifecycle
• Deliver process solutions aligned with functional, business and compliance needs
• Ensure Lifecycle Management (LCM) adherence across engineering deliverables
• Provide governance insight across multiple, high-profile submarine programmes
• Mentor and develop engineering teams in process excellence and governance maturity
Your Skills and Experience:
• Deep knowledge of governance processes in defence, maritime or similar industries
• Understanding of maritime legislation and engineering standards
• Strong grasp of Lifecycle Management and engineering controls
• STEM degree or highly regulated industry background (desirable)
