Our client, a leading player in the defence and security sector, is currently seeking a Principal Engineer in Systems Engineering, focusing on Integration, Verification & Validation, to join their expanding team in Coventry.

This permanent role is crucial to supporting ongoing submarines projects, which contribute significantly to national defence and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and agree on technical requirements in accordance with company and programme processes
• Deliver compliant technical solutions that meet contractual requirements and regulations
• Generate and control design change documentation in line with company processes
• Provide specialist technical input, reviews, and support to projects beyond the immediate scope
• Utilise systems experience for both tactical and strategic development of engineers and supporting functions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM subject
• Experience in Requirements and Integration Verification and Validation (IVV) of products
