This permanent role is crucial to supporting ongoing submarines projects, which contribute significantly to defence and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Capture and agree on technical requirements in accordance with company and programme processes.
2. Deliver compliant technical solutions that meet contractual requirements and regulations.
3. Generate and control design change documentation in line with company processes.
4. Provide specialist technical input, reviews, and support to projects beyond the immediate scope.
5. Utilise systems experience for both tactical and strategic development of engineers and supporting functions.

Job Requirements:

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM subject.
• Experience in Requirements and Integration Verification and Validation (IVV) of products.
• Proficiency in test facilitation.
• Experience in handling defects in test reports.
• Skill in authoring test specifications.

Desirable:

• Attained or progressing towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
• Experience working with submarines.
• ISTQB qualification.
