This Principal Systems Engineer role reports to the Project Engineering Lead and works closely with the Systems Design Authority within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include working across Technology Readiness Levels, building on existing products, supporting design reviews, and engaging with customers.

This hybrid role offers flexibility with work location options and occasional UK and international travel. Primary locations are Greenford or Weymouth, with full-time remote work possible with occasional onsite visits.
The interview process involves two stages: an initial video call with the Head of Systems Engineering, followed by a panel interview with the Chief Engineer and Project Manager.
