PRINCIPAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER (MBSE)

Permanent opportunity for Principal Systems Engineers. Globally leading consultancy in defence and aerospace. Hybrid working patterns with an office in Reading. Salary £60,000 to £75,000 + comprehensive benefits package.

We are recruiting a team of systems engineers to work with a globally leading consultancy that specialises in defence and aerospace.

Overview

WHAT WILL THE PRINCIPAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER BE DOING?

• As a Principal Systems Engineer you will be working on a range of aerospace, defence and national security projects where you’ll add innovative thinking and ideas to systems engineering processes.
• MBSE (Model Based Systems Engineering) DOORS, SysML, UML, ArchiMate.
• Working in experienced teams to solve problems.
• Developing solutions to complex, real life problems.
• Creating, planning and implementing engineering solutions.
• Communicating solutions and stakeholder management.

WE NEED THE SYSTEMS ENGINEER TO HAVE….

• MBSE (Model Based Systems Engineering) DOORS, SysML, UML or ArchiMate.
• Some systems engineering experience; we’re open to different backgrounds and experience levels.
• Willingness to learn application of Systems thinking & Systems Engineering Tools and Techniques.
• Training, formal certifications and degrees can be supported; we’re looking for someone future-thinking and ready to push their systems engineering career.
