Principal System Architect - SoC

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Partnering with engineering leaders and product strategists to chart our future technology path.
• Translating high-level requirements into detailed platform blueprints encompassing hardware, software frameworks, development tools, and supporting technologies.
• Collaborating proactively with internal architecture and core technology teams to ensure a cohesive roadmap of platform designs and feature advancements that address the evolving demands of smartphones and large-screen computing.
• Critically evaluating proposed architectures and internal/external intellectual property, providing insightful and inspiring leadership across hardware, software, and platform teams to foster a shared architectural and technological vision.
• Serving as a credible technical representative in discussions with partners, effectively integrating their feedback into our plans.
• Generating essential high-level architectural specifications to empower engineering teams in the design and validation of platforms for key client markets, including smartphones, large-screen compute devices, and embedded/smart home solutions.
• Conceptualizing and executing experiments and analyses to resolve fundamental architectural questions. Driving the innovation and development of crucial simulation tools, models, profilers, and methodologies to support these investigations.
• Articulating technical findings and concepts with clarity and authority to a wide spectrum of audiences, from individual engineers to architectural peers and business executives.
