Overview

Principal Structural Engineer – Nottingham – 50k-65k

Calibre Search is currently working alongside one of the East Midlands' most vibrant Engineering Consultancies. They have a modern office with a firm focus on making the place of work somewhere to enjoy and thrive. They are a relatively young company but are already making a lot of noise within the industry and winning some of the UK's most sought-after projects. Due to an uplift in workload they are looking to add a Senior or Principal level Structural Engineer to support the existing team. They are seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their team, with a building structures background and a bias towards projects requiring structural and architectural steelwork. The role offers flexibility to mould the position around you and develops into a team-leading role managing a wide portfolio of work over time.

The majority of their work is industrial/manufacturing, though they also undertake commercial and bespoke activities. You will report to the Directors and demonstrate a sound knowledge of Structural Design, CDM Regulations and contractual awareness.
