Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Hull is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to lead from the front on a variety of challenging projects across sectors including high-rise, residential and energy.

You will manage projects from concept to construction, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers and build strong client relationships within a collaborative consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior structural engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, analysis and relevant design standards.
• Experience across sectors such as high-rise, residential, energy, industrial or commercial developments.
• Chartered status preferred.

• Proven experience in a senior structural engineering role, ideally at Principal level or ready to take that next step.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural design, analysis and relevant design standards.
• Experience across sectors such as high-rise, residential, energy, industrial or commercial developments.
• Excellent communication, project management and client-facing skills.
• The confidence to lead projects, solve complex engineering challenges and inspire those around you.
• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with Chartered status preferred.
