This Principal Structural Engineer role offers ownership of major projects and a chance to shape technical delivery.

You will lead and mentor engineers, review designs for quality and compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer (MIStructE or MICE) with demonstrable leadership experience.
• Experience leading structural engineering teams on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, design principles, and UK standards.
• Experience across various structural forms and materials.
• Ability to balance technical delivery with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Knowledge of health, safety and CDM requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of structural engineering solutions, balancing technical excellence with programme, budget and client requirements.
