Principal Structural Engineer - Senior opportunity to join an award-winning structural engineering consultancy.

An ambitious structural engineering consultancy is recruiting for a Principal Structural Engineer to join their expanding team. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors.

There is potential for career progression to Director level over time.

Salary & Package

• £65,000 to £70,000 (guide)
• 25 days + bank holidays

Hours of Work

8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional structural engineering knowledge, preferably with over 10 years of industry experience
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Relevant experience with UK practice, standards, codes of practice, and construction methods
• Knowledge of structural modelling, analysis, and design software (Revit, WinDes, Flow, Civils3D, Site3D, S278, S104, S38)

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical delivery and ensure commercial success of projects
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and secure new projects
• Manage structural engineers within the team to deliver projects on schedule
• Develop and implement new initiatives
