The Role: We are seeking an experienced Principal Structural Analyst to join our aerospace engineering team. In this role, you will join the structural analysis team responsible for the analysis of the airframe components and assemblies across the full product lifecycle, from concept design through detailed design and manufacturing. You will apply analytical methods to ensure our structures meet demanding strength, stiffness and durability requirements, while mentoring junior engineers and acting as a technical authority and technical leadership within the structures team. This is a hands‑on position that combines deep technical work with cross‑functional collaboration, offering the opportunity to shape critical design decisions on cutting‑edge aerospace programmes.
