Job summary

Fourth is seeking a Principal SRE to join our global team, leading the move to public cloud (Azure) and building automated, highly reliable infrastructure. You will work with architecture, product and development teams to define migration needs and establish standards for scalable systems.

You will mentor colleagues, drive incident response, and pursue continuous improvement while embracing AI tools to enhance operations. This is a hybrid role with a focus on robust, maintainable platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Reliability/Platform Engineering or similar, mentoring others.
• Design and manage large-scale, highly available infrastructure.
• Experience with Terraform, configuration management, Kubernetes, Docker and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architecture, Product Owners and development teams to migrate products to the cloud.
• Design scalable, highly available and resilient infrastructure.
• Improve tooling for monitoring, incident management, and automation.
• Document infrastructure and processes to standards.
• Participate in incident management and drive rapid recovery.
• Plan for growth and future-proof infrastructure.
• Promote use of AI as a productivity multiplier.
