Outsource UK are on the lookout for a Principal Solution Architect to join a major digital transformation programme within the Legal Services sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the implementation of a new legal Case Management System (CMS), driving architectural solutions that will support long-term innovation and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the end-to-end solution design for the new CMS implementation

Outlining solution options and making recommendations on key architectural decisions

Producing architectural documentation and aligning designs with governance standards

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party solution partners

Providing technical and architectural leadership to ensure business needs are met

Proven experience delivering solution architecture on large-scale IT and Change programmes

Strong understanding of legal case management processes

Strategic problem-solving skills with a logical, evidence-based approach

Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels

Clear communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
