Ada Meher is recruiting for a Principal Software Engineer to join a leading broadcasting and telecommunications company. The role involves building and deploying new platforms for content syndication and distribution via the Cloud. You will be part of a team of approximately 14 Engineers, responsible for hands-on development, technical leadership, and mentoring.

This position offers full remote interview and onboarding options, with the expectation to travel to London or Winchester offices 1-2 days a week. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Flexible working hours are available, with a focus on productivity over hours at the desk.

Requirements:

• Experience in backend Python development on large-scale projects
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and DevOps
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform is a plus
• Experience in microservice architecture design and implementation
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior engineers
