Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in Leeds to lead delivery of digital software solutions and mentor teams across UK client engagements. The role requires travel to client sites on an ad hoc basis and a commitment to security clearance requirements.

You will drive technical strategy, deliver high-quality software, and collaborate with a broad network of experts in our Software & Platform Engineering group. This is a leadership role with hands-on engineering scope.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading teams and growing careers.

• Several years building backend services across integration paradigms.
• Fluent in Java, C#, Python, TypeScript or React.
• Recent work deploying cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure.

• Collaborative, egoless problem-solving with teams of varied levels.
