Qualifications

• Proven programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript and related languages in AWS/cloud.
• Experience with GPT, LLM, RAG, Gen AI and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Understanding of APIs, concurrency, and related software concepts.
• Ability to create complex, scalable coding solutions using appropriate design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver products to production.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for analytics, model evaluation, and training (including versioning, compliance and validation).
• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with an ability to think beyond routine approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
• Provide feedback and propose improvements to architecture governance practices.
• Create secure and high‑quality production code, review and debug code written by others, and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams and vendors.
• Architect and govern agentic AI‑enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed, code quality, and operational outcomes at scale, while defining guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, and reuse across teams.
• Apply knowledge of tools within the SDLC toolchain to improve automation and value at scale.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver products to production.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for analytics, model evaluation, and training (including versioning, compliance and validation).
• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with an ability to think beyond routine approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.

• Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation at scale.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Proven programming/scripting skills with multiple modern programming languages including Python, Golang, TypeScript and similar technologies in an AWS /Cloud environment.
• Experience in the use of GPT, LLM, RAG, Gen AI, Prompt Engineering related technologies.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Current experience of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security.
• Solid understanding of software applications and technical processes within a related technical discipline (e.g. Synchronous and non‑synchronous APIs, Concurrency, etc.).
• Create complex and scalable coding solutions using appropriate software design frameworks.
