Job Description:

We are seeking four Principal Software Engineers to join our client during an exciting digital transformation involving re-platforming their technology stack. You will play a key role in shaping the future of their digital platforms by leading the design, execution, and integration of innovative solutions across eCommerce, Order Management, and Business Intelligence. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions aligned with the company's digital strategy.
2. Ensure adherence to security, governance, and quality standards throughout the development processes.
3. Oversee engineering execution and evaluate productivity using KPIs.
4. Maintain high standards in software architecture, testing, and performance optimization.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders including Architects, Product Owners, and DevOps teams.
6. Support, mentor, and coach engineering teams.
7. Provide hands-on coding support as needed, ensuring the application of best practices and modern development techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in software architecture, design, and development execution.
2. Technical leadership experience in engineering teams, fostering innovation and best practices.
3. Expertise in at least one domain: eCommerce, Order Management, Business Intelligence, Mobile Apps, or Fulfillment.
4. Strong technical skills in:
