This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others while architecting and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. You'll work across backend systems, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure using AWS CDK in Python.

Ideal for someone who:

• Has proven .NET backend experience, ideally in a regulated or finance environment

• Can lead technical delivery while maintaining code quality and system security

• Enjoys shaping infrastructure and delivery processes with tools like AWS CDK, Docker, and CI/CD platforms
