The role
We seek a dedicated Principal Social Worker for our Adult Social Care service, leading a team to ensure high-quality social work services to adults in Herefordshire. Location: Plough Lane Offices, Hereford, with a hybrid working model (two days in the office, remote).

What will you be doing?
You will work with managers and senior leaders to manage resources and performance, contribute to policy development, provide staff training, develop multi-agency relationships, and lead safeguarding initiatives.

About You
You will be degree qualified in Social Work with registration with Social Work England, and have significant achievement in adult social care.
